What this blog is for

This is rolling clouds, my personal blog. I’m an AI Engineer with a PhD in applied quantum mechanics and supercomputing, currently leading a team focused on quantum mechanics-inspired AI. I also develop games. This is where I’ll write about all of it: devlogs, experiments, and the occasional longer essay when something insists on being written.

On the games side, I’m drawn to small, readable worlds — PS1-era low-poly, pixel art, tight arcade loops — the kind of place you revisit until it feels familiar. I like constraints: retro aesthetics as much for scope as for style. Everything I make ships under my one-person label, Dark Phase Studios.

On the AI side, it’s mostly agents: how they interact with each other inside digital environments — 3D worlds among others — plus reinforcement learning, domain-specific language models, and local LLMs running on consumer hardware. The other thread is the craft itself: building software as a one-person team working with coding agents. No cadence promises — smaller and shipped beats bigger and planned.
